We are searching for a driven Account Executive (AE) to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships, research prospective customers, execute outreach strategies and drive the sales process to close sales opportunities. As an AE, you will conduct exploratory conversations with potential customers and use your business acumen to identify and demonstrate how Golden Pear Funding’s solutions impact medical providers and law firms and drive new business. The ideal candidate will also manage their time effectively.

Main Responsibilities:
Help small and mid-sized medical providers, primarily Ambulatory Surgical Centers, Neuro & Orthopedic Surgeons, and Pain Management practices realize the potential of Golden Pear’s Medical Receivables Solution
Help small, mid-sized, and large law firms realize the potential of Golden Pear Funding’s Medical Access Pass and Pre- Settlement Funding Solutions
Build and manage a book of business with renewal/repeat business
Upsell and cross-sells; work with Customer Success Team adding services to value based selling strategy
Foster relationships between customers and Golden Pear Funding’s Customer Success Team
Develop deep domain knowledge around GP value proposition measured by KPI’s and reportable call stats
Proficient using a CRM to manage your pipeline, convey market awareness and convert users managing objective results
Work closely and collaboratively with other AEs and the Business Development Team to develop and implement high impact prospecting and selling strategies
Work closely with marketing to leverage Golden Pear Funding’s Account Based Marketing strategies while conducting outreach to target accounts across channels and sales motions
Schedule your own discovery/demo meetings to further assess a prospect’s business and potential for partnership with Golden Pear Funding
Selling Pre-Settlement Funding to Law Firms
Process driven orientation from inception to close in the sales cycle and to be a great leader
Qualifications:
Previous (min. 5-7 years) successful sales experience
Preferred experience selling into medical providers or personal Injury law firms
Knowledge/experience in solution selling and/or product services
Formal CRM training/background/utilization with KPI’s
High volume outbound calling efforts prospecting new accounts
Technical aptitude to master a solution demo/presentation through video and in person
Demonstrated knowledge and utilization of sales & marketing tech stack
Working knowledge in structured strategic selling – Miller Heiman, Sandler or similar methodology
Pay & Benefits:
OTE ranges from $180K – $250K per year; commissions are uncapped. Full benefits.
