I like having the Law Firm Portal on my computer, it gives me quick access to Golden Pear. When an Attorney or Paralegal needs a fast idea of how much is owed before settlement, it gives the team a good ballpark figure of how much the client will be getting. Also, I like being able to give the team the amount our client borrowed.
Another feature that works well for me is being able to request a payoff letter.
