  • The Pre-Settlement and Surgical Funding solutions carry a standard Compounding Rate. The rate is 2.99% and compounds monthly. A Minimum Bucket applies.
  • The Minimum Bucket is 6 months and is non-negotiable.
  • After the 6-month period, the standard is a 3-month bucket.
  • The CMF (Case Management Fee) is $100/yr.*
  • Golden Pear will waive the CMF if the law firm uses the self-service portal to request payoff letters and provide status updates according to standard & customary schedules.

Overview

Funding provided to plaintiffs after a case settles and settlement payments are pending. During that time, Golden Pear can provide plaintiffs with post-settlement cash advances.

Rates

  • 15% fee of gross amount advanced
  • Application Fee is waived, unless GP did not fund the plaintiff’s case previously

Medical Receivables

Overview

GP purchases the medical receivables from providers and facilities across the country that see personal injury patients on a lien.

Rates

  1. Terms & Structures are 100% tailored to  meet the provider’s needs.
  2. Recurring purchases, either monthly or quarterly, are strongly preferred.

Medical Access Pass (MAP)

Overview

MAP is a medical services management solution for law firms to adequately source, manage, and track care for their personal injury clients.  GP partners with a PPO insurance carrier to leverage a vast network of healthcare providers to fasttrack the medical treatment  that law firms  expect their clients to receive.

Rates

MAP is a free service provided to partner law firms in states where MAP is currently operating (Georgia and expanding to other States soon).
