We have established ourselves as a trusted partner in the industry and are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a deep understanding of the healthcare and financial services space to spearhead our sales initiatives and lead our dynamic team.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Drive a high-performing sales team. Recruit, train, and mentor reps to champion Golden Pear’s offerings. Sales Strategy: Craft dynamic sales strategies, capitalizing on market insights, to hit origination targets and penetrate new sectors.
  • Target Setting: Define clear sales objectives. Set benchmarks rooted in origination, product uptake, profitability, and more. Performance Oversight: Continuously gauge rep performance. Foster growth through regular reviews and actionable feedback.
  • Client Relations: Be the linchpin for cultivating relationships with healthcare entities. Collaborate with marketing and customer success for optimal customer satisfaction. Skill Augmentation: Champion ongoing training. Amplify product expertise, fine-tune sales tactics, and bolster medical field comprehension.
    Market Intel: Keep a finger on the pulse of industry shifts, competitor moves, and regulatory changes. Adapt and pivot as needed.
  • Budget & Forecast: Align with upper management on sales budgets. Compare actuals against projections, recalibrating as required.
    Reporting: Offer transparent updates to senior management on sales metrics, market nuances, and challenges.
    Problem Resolution: Tackle field challenges head-on. Navigate objections, pricing issues, and competition, ensuring the team is well-equipped.
  • Profile of a Golden Pear Sales Leader: A beacon of leadership with an innate grasp of the medical domain. Exhibits stellar communication prowess, stokes team motivation, and consistently delivers results. Is agile in response to market flux and champions cross-departmental synergy.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. A Master’s degree will be considered an advantage.
  • Experience leading and mentoring a diverse team of sales representatives.
  • A combined 10-15 years of experience managing high-performing sales teams and direct selling in a health-care-related field and/or SaaS-type environment.
  • Demonstrable experience in financial services.
  • Proven track record of calling on pain management medical practices, regional urgent care clinics, and hospitals.
  • Strategic sales experience coupled with formal sales training.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and modern sales tools.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.


Salary:

$150,000-$185,000 per year. Plus, bonuses, commissions, and options
